Ayşe Ötenoğlu is the Administrative Affairs Manager of the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, Sabancı University. She received her B.A. degree in Political Science and International Relations from Marmara University, Istanbul in 1999. Before joining Sabancı University’s Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences in 2004, she received her certificate from the management trainee program in Bank Ekspres Inc., İstanbul, and worked for five years as an assistant manager in the banking sector, responsible for sales and clients’ financial activities. She joined the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences in March 2004 and worked as an academic affairs specialist from 2004 until 2021, when she was responsible for the curriculum improvement, reporting & data analysis, undergraduate & graduate student affairs, and Erasmus exchange programs. She was promoted to Administrative Affairs Manager in January 2021. She coordinates all the operational management of the faculty, fiscal planning, budget controlling, assisting recruitment of the academic and administrative staff, and promotional activities.
