Greta Mijares – Senas

Greta Mijares – Senas is the Global Humanities Network Co-ordinator at Cambridge University. She supports the Academic Directors in Cambridge and has the lead administrative role for the global network. Within the Arts and Humanities School at Cambridge, Greta is also the Impact Fund Grant Scheme Administrator and works closely with the University Research Office. Before starting her role in December 2021, she was a senior office administrator and a finance assistant for a leading organisation within the construction and developing sector in London and shared responsibility for all of the company’s accounts and logistics, including management of sales activities and customer support. She has over fifteen years’ experience in business developing and project administration, data entry, logistics, bookkeeping and social media management. Greta obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of Cantabria, Northern Spain, where she qualified as a teacher in Physical Education. Over the past five years, she has completed numerous in-house training courses like MS Office 2016 Advanced Level, Executive Office Skills and Project Management. In her spare time, Greta runs her own art business, focussing on artwork that makes a statement about our relationship to nature.
