Ransford is Senior Assistant Registrar and School Administrator at the School of Arts, University of Ghana. He holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance Option) from the University of Ghana Business School, University of Ghana. Prior to that he obtained a Bachelor of Management Studies Degree from the University of Cape Coast. He previously served as the College Human Resource Officer at the College of Humanities and also worked in the Compensation and Rewards Unit of the Human Resource Organization and Development Directorate. Before joining the University, he worked as the Assistant Data Manager at the Regional Hospital in Koforidua. He also taught at the All-Nations University College. He has participated in several workshops, seminars and conferences and served on ad-hoc and statutory Committees within the University of Ghana.
