Sabancı University Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences is organizing an event entitled “Narratives of Displacement and Home” at IPC Karaköy on February 13, 2025.

Academics working on migration and belonging will make presentations at the event, where Kristen Biehl will be the discussant. The talks will focus on topics such as the concept of home, the school experiences of migrant children, the challenges faced by displaced parents, and the position of Syrian refugees in Europe.

The event will start at 11:00 (GMT) / 14:00 (Istanbul) and will end with a discussion session.
